We offer a large variety of different sizes and types of Interface Pads for Woodturning!  Interface Pads for Woodturning protect back-up pads from damage caused by sanding with too much speed or pressure which causes friction and heat!  Friction and heat burn and melt Velcro causing discs not to stay attached as they should.  Interface Pads for Woodturning also help power-sand in places where you might struggle.  For bowl and platter woodturning our Radius Edge Interface Pad is perfect for bowl and platter turners! This firm pads should be placed directly on your back up pad and allows you to sand where you otherwise might struggle such as on the inside surface of projects such as bowls and platters.  Perfect for Lower grits such 60, 80, 100 or 120 grit sanding. Our Medium Orange Radius Interface Pad is perfect for bowl and platter turners! This medium density pads should be placed directly on your Yellow Firm Radius Interface Back up Pad and allows you to sand where you otherwise might struggle such as on the inside surface of projects such as bowls and platters with finer grits such as 150, 180, and 220.  Finally use either of our soft Interface Pads are perfect for final sanding of any project! Our soft density pads can be placed directly over your Orange Interface Pad and allows you to sand with very fine grits such as 280, 320, 400 through 2000. I recommend sanding with slower speeds as you progress through your sanding grits.
